Finished New Art Doll

I finished my new art doll this morning -- YAY!! Here is a before and after picture. I hand sculpted her out of pottery clay and then painted her with acrylic paints.

My New Pottery Clay OOAK Art Dolls

Here is a picture of a few art dolls (left doll is still drying and then will be painted) I created out of pottery clay.

This clay is like real pottery clay but does NOT need to be fired! Yes, that right......air dry clay. You get the pretty much the same effect. So, if you love the look of pottery clay but don't have a kiln to fire your peices -- go and get yourself some of this stuff. I purchased it at Hobby Lobby. If you don't have a Hobby Lobby near you....I would think Micheals would carry it too!

I would love to hear your comments on my creations so, please don't be shy!! It inspires me so much and could really use some right now:-) xoox Gypsie
